Our story
A smaller agency, by design
We started Naman Estates because the rental experience felt broken — endless listings that didn't match their photos, agents who went quiet the moment a deal got complicated, and prices that shifted without explanation. We wanted to do the opposite: fewer listings, each one we'd happily live in ourselves, represented by an agent who stays with you from the first message to the keys in your hand.
Today we represent homes, commercial spaces and short stays across Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru. Whether you're relocating for work, hunting for your first flat, opening a new office or booking a weekend away, you'll deal with real people who know the neighbourhoods, the buildings and the fair price for each.
